The Brian Terry Scholarship is unique for the fact that it is intended for students wanting to study criminal justice or a related field of study and eventually seeking a career in law enforcement.
Have annual funding for academic expenses, including tuition, books and living expenses.
Have access to a national community of high performing peers, mentors and law enforcement

Application Cycle closes May 31, 2022
Scholarship applications will be accepted and evaluated on a first-come, first-serve basis. The application process will close once the Brian Terry Foundation receives 100 applications for the upcoming academic year. Applicants who are not accepted for the upcoming academic year will, at their request, be put on a waitlist for the next academic year and will be required to submit an update to their application when the application process reopens.
The Brian Terry Scholar program is open to applicants who meet the following criteria:
*Sponsorship funds will be awarded to the student upon evidence of registration in an accredited university or community college.
The Brian Terry Scholar Program is a merit-based academic fellowship. Applicants will be required to submit the following materials:
