The application process will close once the Brian Terry Foundation receives 100 applications for the 2016-2017 academic year. Applicants who are not accepted for the 2016-2017 academic year will, at their request, be put on a waitlist for the next academic year and will be required to submit an update to their application when the application process reopens.
The foundation will seek to honor Brian by providing college scholarships; providing emotional and financial assistance to families of injured and slain Border Patrol agents; raising public awareness of the Fast and Furious investigation; recognizing Border Patrol agents for excellence and bravery; and hosting public events that honor Brian Terry's life.Donate Now
Kelly Terry-Willis and Wendy Colburn-Blanco wanted to do something special to help raise money for the Brian Terry Foundation. Together they came up with an idea to write a children's book. The book is about small pieces of Brian Terry's life and incorporated into a story. It is a story that teaches children the meaning of perseverance and how hard work pays off. Kelly Terry-Willis writes, The illustrations were drawn and kindly donated by Sean Colburn. If one child can walk away after reading this story and learned what is meant by 'putting in the work' then we did our part. Brian Terry was a man who always believed that putting in the work was important to reach your goals.Purchase Book on Amazon
